Every custom file is meticulously built by an experienced calibrator with 18 years of specialized powersports and dyno-tuning expertise, ensuring your machine delivers maximum usable power without compromising reliability.

How the Custom E-Tune Process Works:

1. Submit Your Build Specs: Fill out our comprehensive vehicle build sheet at checkout (specifying your exact turbo setup, exhaust, intercooler, fuel injector size, MAP sensor rating, and fuel octane/E85 content).

2. Read & Send Your Stock/Current File: Using your RTD or PV3 device, read your vehicle’s current ECU file and email it directly to us along with your order number.

3. Custom Calibration Build: We custom-tailor your fuel, spark, boost control, torque limits, and fan temperatures specifically for your machine.

4. Data Logging & Refinement: Flash the custom file to your UTV, capture a rolling data log or dyno pull, and send it back. We include iterative fine-tuning revisions to ensure your air-fuel ratio, boost curves, and knock parameters are 100% dialed in.

Key Calibration Improvements:

• Optimized Air-Fuel Ratios & Fueling: Precise lambda targets mapped across part-throttle, transient tip-in, and sustained peak boost.

• Aggressive & Safe Spark Timing: Calibrated for MBT (Minimum Best Torque) while maintaining safe safety margins against detonation on pump gas, race gas, or E85.

• Enhanced Boost Control & Torque Limits: Raised or recalibrated torque monitor limits, optimized wastegate duty cycles, and eliminated factory throttle closures.

• Cooling & Drivability Enhancements: Lowered fan activation temperatures for hard desert or dune running, improved throttle response, and refined reverse/low-gear speed limiters where applicable.

• HP Tuners: MPVI2+, MPVI3, MPVI4 and RTD devices utilizing TDN Iphone or Android App.

• Dynojet: Power Vision 3 (PV3) or Power Vision 4 (PV4) flashing devices.
